Case Studies

A long distance runner achieves her personal best

I was consulted by a 40-year-old long-distance runner, who was a homemaker who had recently taken up running. She loved the sport, but had certain mind-blocks which prevented her from reaching her full potential. One such mind block she had was that she would get injured if she ran too fast and that she could not push herself beyond her comfort zone.

Together, we worked on overcoming these limiting mind blocks. We held two sessions, one general session to discuss her challenges, and one on the field as she was running. Through these sessions, she was able to push beyond her comfort zone and achieve her personal best.
