Let’s think with excellence, train with an open heart, and thrive in balance.
With me, achieve your peak potential, develop great mental strength, and become empowered.
I want to train and aid you in your journey to achieving your goals. For this, I work directly with you through assessments, interventions, workshops, and individual or group sessions.
A journey of a million miles begins with a small step. Mine started in 2016, when I put out my story to the world. Read my journey from an obese teenager with low self-esteem to a confident young lady.
If you want to transform your habits or drive yourself to higher performance, learn and practice core skills for that in your downtime through my tools and framework for long-term changes.
What I’m passionate about:
As an obese kid with low self-esteem, I gained self-confidence, mental endurance, and physical strength through long-distance running. It was running that also sparked my love for sports and exercise psychology. To fuel this passion, I completed my BSc. Psychology in Women’s Christian College, and MSc. Sports and Exercise Psychology in loughborough University. Sports changed my life, and I realized that sport has a lot to do with the mind. I now practice as a Sports and Performance psychologist, and Behavioural Coach, to pass on that knowledge to others.
What I’m passionate about:
Sports and Performance Psychologist
Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach

Can help with either working on the athletes’ or team’s mindset or can also work on creating a better performance environment for the athletes. A diagnosis of the issue will be done followed by the planning and execution of the intervention which will include sessions or group sessions or workshops for the required individuals
Yes of course
Can be done for both
Yes, it will be partly in-person and partly online.
Athletes look for role models everywhere. Parents and coaches are very important role models. If the environment is not conducive to grow, then there are chances that they chose to quit or underperform. When the environment is conducive for growth, they end up performing better and sustaining it for a longer period of time.
To engage my services, I require that the athlete is a minimum of 8 years old. There is no upper limit on the ages of the athletes I will work with.
I can help you to either work on your organisational culture and transform it, or conduct workshops on particular topics or have individual sessions for your employees. I will help them perform better and still focus on their well-being. Both are not mutually exclusive.
No I don't work with a clinical population
The minimum age would be 8 years.
I would conduct an intake session along with an assessment with the client, after which depending on the assessment, I would be suggesting the next steps.
If the athlete has issues pertaining to performance or sport, I would be working on that even if he/she does have a learning disability. However, I would not be working specifically with learning disabilities.
The sports I work with range from badminton, to swimming, chess, motorsports, shooting, snooker, billiards, etc
Yes, I do.
Yes, with my techniques, assessments, and exercises, I am confident that you can overcome your mental roadblocks.
I assess you during the intake session and work on the identified problems
Not at all. You can come to me even if you are pursuing your sport only part-time or even as a hobby. The only criteria I have is that you want to improve your performance.
Yes, I can help with basic ones, not ones that have been clinically diagnosed.
Yes, I provide help with lifestyle modifications.
Yes, I have services designed specifically to help you with that goal.
My school of thought is to offer empathy and neutrality, diagnose rather than advice to help the client reach their true identity, and removes all labels from the situation to encourage the client to feel free while performing and growing. I show the client that they can achieve a balance between high-performance and also feel happy and free all the time. I do not believe in quick fixes or short-term cures; I spend time with you to diagnose your challenge and offer scientifically-tested interventions to improve your performance for a lifetime.

WHEN I LOOKED BACK IT WAS 21 ALREADY
I was 21 years old when I first penned down all the lessons, life experiences, and powerful realizations that running has given me.
To me, running wasn’t just a concept or a hobby. It had been the catalyst to transform me into a confident young lady, ready to step out of my comfort zone. Exercise and high performance weren’t challenging; they were valuable teachers, giving me clarity, focus, and hundreds of life lessons.
Most importantly, none of these was difficult to achieve. Instead, they were to be a way of life that I wanted to share with the world. This book tells you my journey.
